RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love our items as much as we do! However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out! Check out our return policy below! If you have any questions or need any assistance, feel free to contact us through the contact form! 

-Items must be returned within seven calendar days of purchase for an exchange or in store credit only, and must have tags attached, be unworn, and returned with no damage. All Jewelry, Natural Life, Teleties, Home goods, & Sale/Clearance items are FINAL sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. You may return most new, unused itemswithin 7 days of delivery for store credit only. 

-If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order!

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3 business days after the item has been returned to our store.

 

ADDITIONAL INFO ON RETURNS:

-You have 7 days after you receive an item to make a return. 

-We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds or exchanges.

-The amount of store credit you receive will only be for the items you purchased and does not include shipping.

-All items must be unwashed & unworn. 

-All sale & clearance items will not be eligible for a return. 

-Jewelry, Accessories, Natural Life, Teleties, Capri Blu, Home goods, & Sale/Clearance items are FINAL sale and not eligible for a return. 

-If we receive the item and determine that it is ineligible for a return, we will send it back to you. 

-All intimate items such as bras/bralettes, body suits, etc will not be eligible for a return. 

-Store Credit does not expire.
